Cancellation terms depend on your reservation type. Point-to-point and airport transfers: 100% refund if canceled 4+ hours before pickup, 50% refund within 2-4 hours, no refund under 2 hours. Are there any extra fees on top of the quoted price?

No hidden fees. Tolls are calculated automatically for your route, and airport pickups/dropoffs at EWR, JFK, or LGA include a $3.50 PANYNJ Ground Transportation Access Fee (a fee mandated by the Port Authority of NY & NJ, not something we add on top). Both are shown as separate line items in your quote before you book, never as a surprise afterward.

Do you offer hourly or as-directed chauffeur services?

Yes. Our hourly chauffeur service puts a private Full Size SUV and professional chauffeur at your disposal, with a 3-hour minimum, extendable in one-hour increments. Ideal for dinners, meetings, shopping, or a full day as-directed.

How do you handle flight delays for airport pickups?

We track your flight in real time and automatically adjust your pickup for delays, no need to contact us. Complimentary wait time is included: 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, 60 minutes for international.
